Using LogoMatic
LogoMatic provides free, browser-based tools, including a bulk logo watermarking tool and a PNG-to-SVG converter. No account, sign-up, or payment is required to use them. You may use these tools for personal or commercial work, subject to the terms below.
Your files and content
You retain full ownership of any image, logo, or other file you process with LogoMatic. Because processing happens locally in your browser, LogoMatic does not receive, store, or claim any rights to your files or the results you generate. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to use any image or logo you process.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use LogoMatic's tools to process content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the site's infrastructure.
No warranty
LogoMatic's tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Image tracing, watermarking, and format conversion are automated processes and results may vary depending on your source files and settings.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exprtec and LogoMatic are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, these tools, including loss of data or files.
Availability and changes
Tools may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and the site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. We may update these terms as the tools evolve; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
